In the unlikely event of discrepancies the site owners’ decision is final.

All claims must be made within 14 days of a celebrity death via the site. We will send a confirmation of receipt of your claim via email. Your claim will be checked for validity. Fields must be completed accurately to constitute a valid claim.

All bets will become void on receipt and validation of a claim, with the exception of other winning bets. Which will remain valid for a period of 14 days from the date of the death of a celebrity. Dates of the most recent celebrity death will be made available on the site.

Where a celebrity dies and no valid claim is made, the pot will roll over to the death of the next celebrity, until valid claims are made.

The potential winnings will be available on the website and updated regularly. The potential winnings will be distributed equally between all valid claimants.

No one under the age of 18 years is permitted to wager at our site.

Our site reserves the right to publish the name of any winners.

Payouts will not be made in instances of murder or suspicious death, until the claimant is proved or found not to be a guilty party.

All transactions, paid and received will be via PayPal or NoChex.

Cheating will not be tolerated and will result in forfeiture of any deposits made.

Our site accepts no liability for any damages, which may be caused to the user by the interception or misuse of any information transmitted over the Internet.

Our site will not be liable in the following scenarios:

• For delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system.

• For any loss as a result of any act of God.

• For an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism.

• For the acts of Government or authority

• For fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, or industrial action of any kind.

• Any refunds will be entirely at the site owners’ discretion.
